This is an exciting opportunity to join East & Central Brighton PCN CIC and play a key role in leading and shaping our services as part of a friendly and supportive team. We bring together colleagues from a range of clinical and non-clinical roles, all working towards a shared goal of improving the health and wellbeing of our local community.
The Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery of PCN services, ensuring teams are appropriately staffed, supported, and operating effectively. The post holder will oversee operational performance, coordinate workforce planning and recruitment, manage people-related issues, support service improvement, and resolve operational challenges across multiple services and locations.
