About the role
Salary: £55000.00 to £60000.00
The Matron is a senior clinical leader responsible for providing
visible, professional and operational leadership across the Urgent Care Centre,
ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality and person-centred care.
The post holder will lead on patient safety, clinical governance, quality
improvement and workforce development, promoting a culture of excellence,
accountability and continuous learning.
As Matron, you will be a highly visible clinical leader responsible for promoting excellence in patient care, professional standards and service delivery. Working collaboratively with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues, you will ensure that quality, safety and patient experience remain at the centre of service delivery.
