We are looking for kind, dedicated people to join our Hospice@Home team, to help deliver exceptional care to people in their own homes.
The purpose of this job role at East Cheshire Hospice is to provide
a high-quality palliative care to meet the needs of both patients living with
a life limiting illness and their families/carers in keeping with the aims,
objectives and standards of East Cheshire Hospice.
