within our developing Tissue Viability and Leg Ulcer Service, with posts available in
Norwich, North, South and West Norfolk
.
To contribute in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within their own homes, care homes, the travelling community and in clinics, by providing proactive, holistic case management.
