What you’ll do
- Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons in animal care, using innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Support and guide students to achieve their full potential, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Lead assigned programmes, ensuring effective organisation, assessment, and administration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and develop curriculum content that reflects industry needs and prepares students for future careers.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Build strong relationships with employers, parents, and stakeholders to enhance the reputation of the college.
- Participate in student visits, events, and wider college activities.
