Salary: £36,581.00 to £40,444.00 per annum (pro rata £33,884.94 to £37,463.23 per annum) plus fringe weighting £1,079.00 per annum (pro rata £999.48)

You will have
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Experience of working with young people and families in a secondary school setting.
- Experience of providing counselling/pastoral support or careers guidance within a secondary school setting.
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
- The ability to work effectively and sensitively with a range of groups and individuals.
