- We're currently seeking a Carpenter/Caulker/Apprentice for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties.
- Candidate will work full-time out of our South Plainfield offce, South Plainfield, NJ. but will be assigned to various locations as needed
This position is Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in Commercial Division as a Carpenter / Caulker / Apprentice
Assist in Finding Leaks
Set Up and Work on Scaffolding, Ladders and Aerial Lifts
Carpentry and Labor Work
Cut out old caulking and reapply new caulking in a neat clean matter
Please note: Those with primarily Residential Experience will not be considered. Commercial exp. required.
Qualifications
Qualified applicant for this position must have the following skills.
- Organized and Detailed• Reliable and On Time• Ability to Follow Directions
- Not Afraid of Heights
- Able to Lift Up to 100 lbs
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must Pass Drug and Background Check
