As a Spa Product Supervisor , you’re not just supporting daily retail store operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Support retail sales and guest satisfaction:
Assist in marketing and selling merchandise to maximize profitability and deliver an exceptional shopping experience
Manage inventory and merchandising:
Participate in buying, ordering, inspecting, pricing, and displaying merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels
Assist with financial processes:
Support forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll, and inventory control
Support retail operations:
Perform retail associate duties as needed to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest service
Supervise and develop the team:
Train, schedule, and oversee retail staff, providing guidance and support to build an engaged and high-performing team
