About the role
Salary: £31,228 - £45,485 per annum, pro rata
We are looking for a passionate and innovative educator who can inspire young learners and help them achieve their potential.
You will ideally have
- Experience teaching ESOL.
- Experience developing personalised learning resources and supporting learners with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills.
- The ability to motivate, inspire and engage young people.
- Strong IT skills and a commitment to outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
Experience working with refugees, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children or young people aged 16-18 would be advantageous.
