Description
Uncommon Threads is a nonprofit in Lawrence MA that empowers, low-income women to live their best lives by utilizing personal development coaching and individualized wardrobe styling to build self esteem and self-worth.
We are seeking a dynamic induvial who is knowledgeable and passional about coordinating and overseeing volunteers, marketing and running events.
This position is 18 hours per week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and occasional Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate volunteer tours, onboarding and system setup
· Manage volunteer sign up system
· Draft weekly communications
· Monitor and manage volunteer participation
· Prepare and implement training for volunteers
· Create effective email campaigns
· Create content for social media/communications
· Plan and organize events with team
· Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, vendors, marketing, data entry and reports
C.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate degree
- Experience event planning, fundraising, marketing, and volunteer management
- Knowledge of Wix, Bloomerang or technical ability to learn new platforms
- Strong computer skills and
- Social media skills (Instagram/Facebook)
- Ability to push, pull or lift 30lbs
