Salary: £12.92 an hour
Due to an increase in the demand for Phlebotomy appointments the exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Nursing Team. The team currently consists of 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate and 1 Health Care Assistant and 1 phlebotomist. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Phlebotomist to further enhance the team and join our friendly GP Practice. A team player with good clinical skills and an interest in further training and personal development are vital.
The post holder will work under direct supervision of the practice nurse team and will be accountable to the Management Team and Partners, following specific practice guidelines and protocols at all times. The post-holder will be responsible for performing venepuncture to obtain blood samples from patients that have been booked directly into their clinical appointments.
