About the role
The successful candidate
will:
be a
practising Catholic who will nurture the faith and spirituality of our school
community
Have at least 3 years Senior Leadership experience
Be an outstanding teacher with an excellent
understanding of how students learn, how barriers to learning can be overcome
and have a proven track record of superb student outcomes
Be strategic, creative, energetic and highly organised
Be highly informed of current approaches to
teaching, learning, assessment, curriculum and inclusion
Be an excellent leader and communicator with a
clear sense of moral purpose, be
analytical and have an excellent understanding of school improvement strategies
and systems
Be focused on ensuring that no child is left behind
Potentially have aspirations for headship
