Fiore Legal is an incredibly fast-moving law firm that is all about delivering the absolute best client experience. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our practice is primarily focused on automotive and premises personal injury cases.
Qualifications
2-5 years of personal injury experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Investigative mindset
- Ability to manage high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in CA, WA,, and/or AZ/OR
Experience utilizing AI tools

Client communication
E-filing
Drafting shells for motions/pleadings
Calendaring discovery deadlines
Letters to counsel, client, and other parties involved
Assisting with scheduling Depos, mediations, DMEs
Getting records from Experts
Preparing docs (jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers)
Trial doc prep (exhibits binders and trial binders)
Follow the Code of Civil Procedure
Propound/ Respond to Discovery
You may be responsible for communicating with insurance companies, experts, and other third-party vendors
You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining clients' electronic files within our case management systems
