Description
The Electronic Banking Representative provides friendly, professional customer service and support for the Bank’s electronic banking products and services. This position assists customers with online and mobile banking, electronic transactions, account questions, and other service requests. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable using technology, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Primary Responsibilities
· Provide professional, courteous customer service by phone and in person.
· Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, ACH, cash management, and other electronic banking services.
· Help customers resolve questions, access issues, and service requests.
· Process electronic banking transactions and requests accurately and efficiently.
· Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining confidentiality.
· Complete daily reports and other routine operational responsibilities.
· Provide support to other departments with customer service needs as requested.
· Work collaboratively with Bank staff to provide a positive customer experience.

- Previous banking experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
