- What you will be doing
- Transports materials by driving vehicles and trucks on, to or from construction sites.
- Operate company trucks in compliance with DOT and CDL regulations
- Safely haul materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with load securement requirements
- Transport materials such as aggregate, asphalt, fuel, or water as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, and field crews
- Work safely in active roadway construction zones and traffic-controlled areas
- Transports construction materials using vehicles and trucks.
- Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
- What we are looking for
- Valid CDL (Class A or B, as applicable)
- Experience hauling or moving heavy equipment between job sites
- Ability to properly tie down and secure equipment per standards
- Working knowledge of CDL rules and DOT regulations
- Ability to hold or obtain Tanker and/or Hazmat endorsements
- General knowledge of heavy civil construction equipment and operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with construction equipment preferred.
