Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all kitchen areas clean, washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, and assisting in maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Key Responsibilities: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, ensuring proper storage of clean items.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces.
- Monitor and refill cleaning supplies as needed.
- Support kitchen staff as directed, including light food prep when required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
