As a Design Systems Analyst at Foster + Partners, you will help develop and implement advanced digital methodologies that support the modelling, simulation and analysis of complex architectural projects. You’ll work closely with project teams across all stages of design and construction, driving innovation in computational design, geometry control and digital fabrication workflows while contributing to a research-driven, technology focused environment.
- Develop advanced methodologies for geometry control, modelling and digital workflows.
- Collaborate with project teams across design, documentation, fabrication and construction stages.
- Research and test new modelling techniques, tools and digital technologies.
- Promote innovative digital methods and support their adoption within project teams.
- Work at the intersection of design, technology and computation in a highly specialised environment.
- Demonstratable industry experience (3+ years) in Computational Design for Architectural Geometry, gained through relevant professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper is essential.
- Practical programming experience is essential, with proven experience working with code and scripting languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript,
