Who you are:
As a
Loan Recovery Specialist
with Frost,
you
are our quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing
charged off loans to determine the most effective method for maximizing financial recovery
. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What you’ll do
:
Analyze charged off loans to determine the most effective method for maximizing financial recovery
Negotiate with customers or their representatives to establish repayment terms
Monitor adherence to terms of repayment terms to ensure resolution
Support legal department by providing delinquency information in preparation of lawsuits
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
High School Diploma
Demonstrated knowledge of loan recovery or workout functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Computer Applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in credit operations
Bilingual in English and Spanish
