The Role
We are seeking 2-4 days of clinical time at Blakeney (part of Dean Medical Practice) for a salaried GP on a permanent basis, ideally to be worked across Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (or 2 days within this). Whilst the clinical time will predominantly be based at Blakeney, there will be closer working across the Dean Medical Practice sites and there may be occasions where you will be asked to work at another site within Dean Medical Practice.
On an interim basis, likely to be for 3 months, up to 4 hours of the Blakeney clinical time would be used to act as an interim GP lead role at Blakeney. Our aim would be that this would be a developmental opportunity for a GP with a keen interest in developing a clinical leadership skillset, and there may well be future opportunities in this regard. Otherwise, the lead time will revert to clinical time (with the usual time for clinical admin and CPD).
