Employment:
Full-Time, Permanent
Shift:
First Shift | Monday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – Finish
Starting Pay:
$17.00/hour
, based on experience
Note:
Saturdays may be required.
What You’ll Do
As a General Labor team member, you may be responsible for:
Working in a cooler/food-processing environment
Operating machinery on the production line
Cutting, peeling, and sorting fresh fruits and vegetables
Meeting daily production goals
Following GMP and food safety practices
Cleaning and maintaining production equipment
Communicating quality or production concerns to supervisors and managers
Working collaboratively as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Dependable and accountable work ethic
Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing work environment
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
Reliable transportation
