To work within a Health Visiting Team to deliver delegated components of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP), (DH 2009), monitoring quality and compliance and reporting risks by exception to the Clinical Team Leader.
The primary role of the Community Nursery Nurse is to deliver elements of the Healthy Child programme (2009) including the 6 High Impact Areas as delegated by Health Visitors. The Community Nursery Nurse should ensure that the quality of service delivered is aligned with the commissioned requirements of the Healthy Child Programme 0-19 years and the organisations vision & values. This includes working in partnership with internal & external agencies and organisations.
