- Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2000

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform service work in a range of residential and commercial environments.
- Accurately document service activities using our electronic reporting system.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
- Work independently while maintaining company standards and safety practices.

- QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration experience
