Hours: 32 hours per week
The ideal candidate will be expected to answer calls in a
professional manner, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be adept at
problem-solving, provide comprehensive assistance to customers, and effectively
address any issues relating to prescriptions, medication availability, and
general pharmacy services. They will possess a calm and professional manner
when dealing with customers and colleagues. Prior experience in a pharmacy
setting is desirable. Outstanding communication skills and a courteous,
professional demeanour are essential for this position.
Daily duties will include working on the till, accurate
dispensing, collaborate with GPs pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to
ensure efficient workflow, dealing with patient queries. Maintain inventory
levels and perform stock management tasks, adhere to all relevant regulations
and guidelines related to pharmacy operations. Assist in maintaining a clean
and organized work environment.
