Salary Range
Salary: $53,041 - $63,565 *Based on experience, and education
Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM ET
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications
Preferred: Active behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: GSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, ADC, AADC, LICSW, or associate-level licensure; alternatively, Master’s degree (or BA with relevant experience)
with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
