Salary: £49387.00 to £56515.00
**Internal applicants only - fixed term/secondment for 12 months**
The post holder will have the opportunity to support and lead elements of a developing Trust wide children and young people's Strategy which aims to deliver excellence in care provision for children and young people
The post holder will be a visible clinical manager, have line management responsibility for the Emergency Department nursing and support staff, lead the department team, and co-ordinate the delivery of patient care. They will provide regular clinical care to patients and work alongside staff in the department in order to maintain clinical competency and provide clinical supervision to staff. The post holder will also support effective nurse roster delivery, performance management, capacity planning and contribute to transformation of emergency care services as required
