Nurse Practitioner orParamedic Practitioner
to join our expanding urgent care team at Haslemere Health Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of a new formal triage model while working closely with our GPs, nurse practitioners and experienced reception team. You will play a central part in strengthening our same day access provision and supporting high quality clinical care across the practice.
