. We’re looking for an experienced
HVAC Service Technician
who takes pride in their craft and wants a long-term career—not just another job.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial HVAC systems with integrity
Perform maintenance and repairs on RTUs, water source heat pumps & cooling towers
Service chiller and boiler systems (preferred)
Serve customers with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
Go above & beyond to prevent issues before they impact the client
Maintain clean, safe job sites and accurate service documentation

? What We’re Looking For:
5+ years
commercial HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to innovate
Humble, team-first attitude with a serve-it-up mentality
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
