PT Janitor position for NOAA project HENOAJ
Mon-Fri 1800-2200
$17.08 hourly rate plus $5.09 H+W amount per hour = possible $22.17 per Hour.
Responsibilities: Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition on-site working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, apartment house, or commercial or other establishment. Duties involve a combination of the following:
Sweeping
Mopping or scrubbing
Polishing floors (buffing, strip & wax)
Carpet Cleaning (vacuuming, spot cleaning, carpet extract)
Removing trash and other refuse
Dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures
Polishing metal fixtures or trimmings
Providing supplies and minor maintenance services
Cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms
Lifting/cleaning raised tiled floor
Sanitize and disinfect high touch surfaces
Requirements
All candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements and examination results must be favorable as defined by the DoD contractual requirements:
Possess a valid automobile driver’s license
Able to obtain the required Security Clearance
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Drug Testing
