This involves making clinical decisions regarding the eligibility for access to services, applying a no wrong door approach to ensure inclusivity and seamless care pathways. The role focuses on managing complex referrals, including those involving safeguarding concerns and intricate health needs, ensuring a robust and safe response to the needs of children and families. The successful candidate will bring clinical expertise and substantial experience in childrens health and development. As a Senior Referral Clinician you will clinically supervise and inspire the team to pursue excellence in care delivery, while providing clinical guidance and day-to-day leadership to uphold the quality and safety of services.
