This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated community respiratory team while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire. As our Band 7 Respiratory Clinical Team Manager, you will support the Community Specialist Respiratory Team providing specialist assessment, treatment and management of patients with respiratory conditions in community settings. You will play a key role in delivering services including COPD admission avoidance and recovery support, oxygen assessment and prescribing, and pulmonary rehabilitation programmes. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will work closely with the Specialist Services Manager to support service delivery, workforce development, quality improvement and patient safety, helping to ensure the service continues to deliver excellent care across the locality.

Your role includes delivering key services such as COPD admission avoidance, oxygen assessments, and pulmonary rehabilitation, while collaborating with the Specialist Services Manager to ensure excellent service delivery. Alongside clinical duties, you will support workforce development, quality improvement, and patient safety within Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire. You will also provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and contribute to clinical governance.
