Love beauty, love selling, and love sharing what you know? Headkount is looking for experienced beauty pros to represent top brands inside major beauty retailers in your area.
- Part-time W-2 position
- Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
- Scheduled at beauty retail locations across your market area
- Weekend availability required
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
- Train store teams on product knowledge and selling strategies
- Host and take part in brand events
- Keep merchandising looking sharp and on-brand
- Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app
- 2+ years of experience with a beauty brand or retailer
- A strong beauty selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty events
- A confident, professional, team-player attitude
- The drive to work independently
- A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market
