WHAT YOU’LL DO
General
Assist
- with audit and accounting engagements across a variety of industries
- Organize workpapers, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Learn firm processes, systems, and professional standards
- Support engagement teams while developing technical and client-service skills
You may start in one or two practice areas:
Tax
- Prepare basic individual and business income tax returns with guidance from senior team members
- Research tax questions and technical issues
- Assist senior and supervisory staff with special projects
Audit
- Perform audit fieldwork efficiently and in alignment with engagement objectives
- Assist with financial statement preparation and supporting schedules
- Communicate professionally with clients and engagement team members
Client Accounting Services (CAS)
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts; review general ledger activity and identify corrections
- Process payroll, payroll tax deposits, and required quarterly/annual filings
- Prepare accounts payable and support year‑end workflows for federal and state compliance
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Entry-level to 2 years of public accounting experience
- CPA eligible or in process
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
