We are looking for an experienced, motivated and caring health care assistant to join our friendly Neighbourhood Teams.
As a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing.
The postholder will behave consistently with the values and beliefs of the Organisation and act as a role model to colleagues to maintain the highest standards of professionalism; taking responsibility for themselves, their quality of work and the service they provide.
