Due to a recent promotion within the Wellbeing & Emotional Support Teams (WEST), Bromsgrove's team are now seeking a qualified EMHP/CWP to join our fantastic growing team.
We are an enthusiastic and growing team at an exciting stage of development. As part of a newly established team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and shaping of the team, support the introduction of the service within schools, and help embed our work across a new wave of educational settings.
You will work collaboratively with children, young people, families, school staff, and partner agencies, providing consultation, advice, and signposting where appropriate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are therefore key to success in this role.
