Ramp Service Supervisor
Wage: $22.50/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required Location: Bradley International Airport
Support the airline by overseeing a variety of ground handling services including, but not limited to, the following: ramp, baggage, cabin cleaning services, ground support (GSE) maintenance, and customer service functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures by ensuring that established procedures are executed, at all times, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Monitor and conduct necessary personnel training, and provide counseling when required
- Supervise the efficient use of personnel and equipment to complete tasks according to company standards
- Communicate and clarify any ambiguous items in manuals or company policies to employees
- Ensure the security of all company funds, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain working relationships with customers and provide prompt response to service requests
