Compensation: $28 to $32 per hour
Job Description
Summary
Coordinating, scheduling and assisting with execution support of on-site labor and vendors. Communicates between field crews, sub-contractors and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain appointment schedule, communicate issues or reschedule requests and gaps in the schedule.
- Client Communication: Send regular appointment reminders, track responses and flag issues and talk with clients to ensure all work runs smoothly.
- Field Support and Materials: Track material lists for upcoming visits and order parts in advance and deliver when needed.
- Work Order Management: Create and update work orders, including request lists, notes & history, access information and materials.
- Email Monitoring: Monitor department email box for scheduling responses and respond to routine operational items.
- Activity Reports: Process activity reports ensuring that they have been submitted, completed and are up to date and ready to be sent to the client.
- Support Repair Operations: Assist Repairs Department by identifying completed jobs not yet billed and assist in moving through process.

- The schedule stays 2-3 weeks out
- Work orders and reminders are on time
- Technicians have what they need before they arrive
- Completed work doesn't sit unbilled
- Leadership always has accurate, current operational data
