Salary: £66274.00 to £73496.00
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract (FTC) working 28.5 hours per week. There is potential for the post to increase to up to 36 hours per week, depending on service needs.
Senior member of the specialist interdisciplinary Adult Community Rehabilitation Team which includes Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech & language Therapy, Dietitians, Neuro-Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Consultant Allied Health Professional, Consultant Neurologist, Support workers and Administrators. The team works with clients aged 16 onwards with complex physical and neurological disability.-
Assist the Head of Service in the development of the service in line with local and national directives.
Act as an expert therapy practitioner in the field of community rehabilitation for the Trust and City & Hackney partners
Provide expert training, advice and education to Allied Health Professionals, GPs, Consultants and members of the voluntary sector and the Local Authority.
The post holder will be working in a challenging socio-economic environment involving clients who have highly complex social problems and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
