As a PCN ANP/ACP, you will be working across two practices (three sites) in Rugeley The Horsefair practice group and Sandylane surgery. Our teams are ambitious and committed to delivering excellent services to those within our care. We are recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) from a variety of professional backgrounds, including nursing, pharmacy and paramedicine. If you are an experienced clinician with a Master's level qualification (or equivalent) in Advanced Clinical Practice and are looking to further develop your career within Primary Care, we would welcome your application.
You will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of our patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, using your advanced clinical practice skills, and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, or refer patients.
