As part of our model of care to ensure
we have the right people, providing the right care in the right place and at the right time,
we are offering Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Clinical Paramedic Specialist (CPS) roles to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team within the Hospice Outreach Service in the community.
