Job Summary
As a Bell Attendant/Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, offering transportation, and sharing insights about the resort and local attractions.

Guest Welcome
Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and responding promptly with a friendly demeanor, no matter the time of day.
Guest Interaction
Engage with guests in a personable manner, entertaining and informing them about resort amenities and local attractions.
Complaints Resolution
Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Orientation and Tours
Escort arriving guests to their rooms, providing orientation and historical context about the resort.
Local Recommendations
Share personal stories and recommend activities, attractions, and points of interest, offering brochures and maps as needed.
Transportation Assistance
Coordinate guest transportation needs, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
Miscellaneous Tasks
Assist with various guest requests and reservations to enhance their overall stay.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Driver's License
Valid U.S. drivers license is mandatory
Flexibility
Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service and driving different types of vehicles is preferred.
People Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Communication
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $20.00/hour to $21.50/hour.
