What You'll Be Working On

Our technicians service and repair a variety of commercial equipment including:

Rooftop Package Units (RTUs)

Split Systems

VRF Systems

Commercial Refrigeration Equipment

Air-Cooled Chillers

Boilers

HVAC Controls and Building Automation Systems

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and system startups
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally
Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
Maintain a safe and professional work environment
Work independently while collaborating with fellow technicians and management

Qualifications Required

Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience

EPA Certification

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background screening

Preferred

Experience with VRF systems, chillers, refrigeration, boilers, and controls

Manufacturer certifications

Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
