Salary: £50129.00 to £57365.00
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Lead Enhanced Clinical Practitioner to join the community team to support Carmarthenshire's Clinical Streaming Hub based in Intermediate Care at Eastgate in Llanelli.
The service is constantly developing, in line with changes in local and national healthcare provision and as such we are looking for a forward- thinking, competent, and caring Practitioner with the skills and experience needed for triaging and assessing patients and carrying out treatments working closely with the Advanced Clinical Practitioners and the Intermediate Care MDT.
This post is advertised as a Band 7, however, applicantswho do not currently hold all the necessary competencies to a Band 7level are encouraged to applyand, if successful,will be appointed under Annex 21 rules whereby 75% of the top of Band 7 will be payable in the first year. Applicants would be supported to develop their competencies required to fulfil the role within a 12monthperiod. Following successful completion and successful attainment of the skills and competencies for the role, the post holder will then be paid at Band 7 (minimum point on the scale). Failure to achieve the competencies in the designated timeframe would follow Workforce policy.
