Requirements
Ignite Credit Union is looking for a Vault Member Service Representative to join our branch team. This position combines member service with responsibility for branch vault and cash operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling financial transactions, and enjoys building relationships while helping members with their financial needs.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional member service while assisting with transactions, accounts, and financial needs
Open new memberships and accounts and connect members with appropriate products and services
Manage daily branch vault operations, including cash ordering, balancing, reconciliation, and distribution
Maintain accurate cash levels for teller drawers, ATMs, and other branch cash points
Ensure cash handling, vault security, and dual-control procedures are consistently followed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience in retail banking, teller operations, branch services, or a related financial services role
Strong cash-handling, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and member service skills
Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability
Experience with banking systems and digital financial tools preferred
