LindenGrove Mukwonago,
an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Resident Assistant (RA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.
Position Details
We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.
This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.
Pay
$18.25-19.50 per hour, dependent upon experience
Essential Job Functions
Provides compassionate, resident-centered care according to service plans and nursing direction.
Communicates respectfully with residents, families, and staff; monitors and reports changes or concerns to the nurse.
Documents care accurately, assist with scheduling, and follows safety, confidentiality, standard precautions, and scope-of-training requirements.
Completes required training, collaborates with all disciplines, and supports the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
At least 16 years of age.
Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
