Responsibilities & Qualifications
- We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our growing company!

- Shift: Monday - Friday Occasionally Saturday
Pay
$20.00-$25.00/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the installation of facility machinery parts
- Assist with the performance of preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery
- Move product as needed to facilitate production processes
- Assist with and learn to troubleshoot and repair facility machinery
- Learn and assist with the program of PLC's
- Assist with the ordering of tools and machinery parts
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs
- Communicate with operators and management
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
Gather and empty trash
Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use
Daily equipment upkeep/safety inspections
Responsible for communicating with other departments to assist with production
Associate will be crossed trained in multiple areas to help as needed
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, plumbing, carpentry, piping systems, and PLC programming
- Ability to learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
