Invicta Health has a vacancy for a GP Consultant at St James Surgery.
The role involves working collaboratively with GP Consultant colleagues, the Invicta Health leadership
team, and practice staff to ensure the highest possible standards of patient care.
The postholder will provide clinical oversight, leadership, and direction for the site, with a particular focus
on supporting and developing the GP and Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) workforce.
This role requires a visible on-site clinical leadership presence, ensuring accessibility to all staff for advice,
guidance, and decision-making to support the safe and effective operation of the practice.
The postholder will also work in partnership with wider health and social care providers to deliver safe,
integrated, and patient-centred services. In addition, the role includes active engagement in local and
national initiatives to support the development of sustainable, high-quality healthcare provision.
