The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a
General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in
Ottumwa, Iowa

Role Details
Hours: flexible within the clinic hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Sees on average
12-15 patients per day
Provider team includes: 6 dentists, 1:1 dental hygienist ratio, & 1:1 dental assistant ratio
EHR: Ochin Epic

Competitive Salary
: $150,000-$245,000 annually depending upon experience + production incentive opportunities. Sign-on or relocation bonuses negotiable.

Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active license to practice dentistry in the State of Iowa.
- Bilingual in English + Spanish would be a plus.
