The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time
General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in
Sioux City, IA

Role Details
Hours: 4-day work week with 1 evening per week (until 7:30 p.m.); no weekends, no call
Sees on average
18 patients per day
- Provider team includes: 1 dentist, 4 hygienists in rotation, & 2 dental assistants
- Operatories: 12
- EHR: Epic Wisdom

Competitive Salary
: $180,000-250,000 depending upon experience + monthly production incentive plan

Requirements
DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school
