Front of House Restaurant Manager — Where Thoughtful Hospitality Comes First

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager who truly loves the dining room — someone who understands full-service hospitality at a high level but still believes warmth, humor, and heart are just as important as polish and precision. You believe that the extra effort is rarely extra to the guest — and that the smallest moments are often the most memorable.

- Set the tone for a warm, welcoming dining room every service
- Lead and support a front-of-house team that actually enjoys working together
- Build meaningful relationships with guests, regulars, and the occasional wine nerd
- Maintain strong service standards while always looking for ways to surprise and delight
- Partner with leadership to grow a culture rooted in care, trust, and pride

Experience with OpenTable & Toast POS is a plus

A Day in the Life
Every day at Iron Bridge Wine Co. is an adventure. You might find yourself:
- Managing lunch and/or dinner service
- Leading our front of house training program
- Handling employee schedules and keeping everyone happy
- Tackling a variety of tasks from menu printing to problem-solving
- Celebrating our victories at the end of the day
