Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk
Growing national auto auction company! Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk opening!
Must be able to work on your feet for most of the day, and work outdoors on the auction lot in a variety of weather conditions.
No experience required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities for Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk
Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
Support efficient sale-day registration operations.
Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Hours for Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:30am - 7:30pm
Friday 8:30am - 12:00pm
Requirements
Requirements for Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk
Must be 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Able to pass pre-employment screening
Good customer service and detail skills
Physical Requirements for Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to use hands to handle, tag, and move equipment and vehicle-related items
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
